Ron Miller completed his BBA with a concentration in accounting from Eastern New Mexico University in 1976, received his CPA license in 1981, became a Certified Valuation Analyst in 1996, and received his Accreditation in Business Valuation in 2006. Professional History
Robert began his accounting career in 1976 in Houston, Texas, working for Texasgulf, Inc., an international metals and mining company with an offshore oil and gas division. Duties included various oil & gas accounting areas such as revenue accounting, joint interest billing, and fixed assets management. In 1981 he moved to Midland and became Controller for Western Reserves Oil Company until 1992. In 1992 Robert's career brought him to Roswell where he served as Controller, CFO, and on the Board of Directors for the various entities owned by Colin and Kay McMillan including oil & gas, farming, ranching, hotels, bulk water sales, and seismic data sales. From 2005 to October 2008, Robert served as the CFO/Controller and was on the Board of Directors for Armstrong Construction Company and Roswell Ready Mix.
